Divisie

Binnen de divisie KMO levert het team van juridisch adviseurs praktijkgericht advies over sociaaljuridische aspecten, loonfiscaliteit en HR-topics. Vertrekkend vanuit de HR-visie van SD Worx begeleiden ze KMO’s bij het professionaliseren van hun personeelsbeleid.

Wat heb jij te bieden?

Je hebt een all round passie in sociaal recht en een sterke drive om ondernemers te ondersteunen. Daarnaast:

  • ben je jurist van opleiding, bij voorkeur met een specialisatie in Sociaal Recht;
  • heb je minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring hebt in een gelijkaardige adviserende functie;
  • breng je een passie mee voor de kmo-markt en de gedrevenheid om onze proxy-strategie mee vorm te geven;
  • streef je naar maximale klantentevredenheid;
  • ben je een teamplayer;
  • beschik je over uitstekende commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • ben je bereid tot frequente verplaatsingen naar klanten;
  • heb je een flexibele ingesteldheid;
  • ben je Nederlandstalig, kennis van het Frans en Engels is een pluspunt;
  • ben je bereid om je te verplaatsen doorheen Vlaams-Brabant.

Welke taken kan je verwachten?

  • het verlenen van advies over sociaaljuridische materies (arbeidsduur, arbeidsovereenkomsten, policies en bedingen, ontslagsituaties, arbeidsreglementen, loonoptimalisaties, bonusplannen, onderhandelingen met sociale inspectie en vakbonden, einde loopbaan, berekening sociaal passief, begeleiding bij fusies en overnames, paritaire comités e.a.);
  • de volledige voorbereiding, uitwerking en opvolging van dossiers;
  • het beheren en verder ontwikkelen van de klantenportefeuille. Dit gebeurt in nauw overleg en in samenspraak met de Kantoordirecteur KMO. In klantencontacten is er oog voor cross-selling;
  • het implementeren van flexibele verloningsplannen;
  • het up-to-date houden van de eigen juridische expertise en het verwerven van kennis over andere expertisedomeinen die relevant zijn binnen de kmo-markt (HR, loonfiscaliteit).
