Bouw mee aan de groei van ons label in jouw regio

Professionals groeit en jij kunt daarin een sleutelrol spelen. Wij zijn ons label verder aan het uitbouwen in Zuid en Midden Limburg en zoeken een HR Project Consultant (Medior) die het leuk vindt om samen met ons nieuwe opdrachten, samenwerkingen en impact te creëren.

Bij ons combineer je de zekerheid van een vaste werkgever met de dynamiek van projectmatig werken bij verschillende opdrachtgevers, maar altijd binnen duidelijke kaders en altijd vanuit SD Worx Professionals als jouw thuisbasis.

Jouw rol bij SD Worx Professionals

Als Medior HR Consultant versterk jij onze klanten in het kader van projectmatige HR‑opdrachten. Je werkt niet als tijdelijke vervanger, maar als consultant die specifieke vraagstukken oplost, processen verbetert of projecten realiseert.

Tijdens een opdracht:

  • blijf je volledig in dienst van SD Worx Professionals
  • werk je vanuit een duidelijk omschreven projectopdracht
  • behouden wij de verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteit en richting
  • sta je onder begeleiding van onze eigen consultancy‑organisatie

Jij brengt jouw HR‑expertise in bij één opdrachtgever per opdracht, maar bouwt gedurende je carrière aan een portfolio van verschillende ervaringen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Medior HR Consultant werk je aan uiteenlopende HR‑projecten, bijvoorbeeld:

  • optimalisatie van HR‑processen
  • verbeteren van onboarding, recruitment, talent of performance
  • ondersteunen bij HR‑digitalisering
  • professionaliseren van HR‑administratie
  • begeleiden van HR‑deelprojecten in verandertrajecten
  • analyseren van HR‑data en vertalen naar verbeteracties
  • adviseren van HR‑teams of lijnmanagement over praktische HR‑oplossingen

Je werkt zelfstandig binnen jouw project, maar altijd met SD Worx als jouw inhoudelijke en organisatorische achterban.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een HR‑professional die energie krijgt van:

  • afwisseling in opdrachten
  • nieuwe organisaties leren kennen
  • zichtbaar resultaat boeken
  • samenwerken in een professioneel consultancy‑team
  • én bijdragen aan het verder opbouwen van ons label in deze regio

Daarnaast neem je mee:

  • een hbo‑ of wo‑diploma in HRM, bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
  • 3–5 jaar ervaring in HR advies- of HR projectwerk
  • sterk analytisch & planmatig vermogen
  • organisatiesensitiviteit
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • zelfstandigheid én het vermogen om goed te schakelen met klanten
  • nieuwsgierigheid en een proactieve houding
