  • Drive the adoption of AI-augmented engineering to enhance productivity and impact
  • Ensure consistency in design, development, testing, observability, and maintainability across the chapter
  • Provide visibility into engineering health, risks, and maturity, enabling informed decision-making
  • Promote continuous improvement, technical excellence, and knowledge-sharing through reviews, tech talks, and communities of practice
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top engineering talent
  • Coach and develop engineers through regular feedback, structured development, and capability uplift

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong expertise in software engineering practices, including coding, testing, and automation
  • Proven experience developing and delivering enterprise applications using .NET technologies
  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring engineers within a software development environment
  • Experience managing people within an engineering or software development environment would be beneficial. Candidates with experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, mentoring, or coaching capacity are also encouraged to apply
  • Proven ability to embed security, performance, and quality practices into day-to-day engineering activities and long-term technical decision-making
  • Experience working with a broad range of tools and frameworks, enabling the evaluation, adoption, and evolution of technology choices that support effective engineering delivery
  • Solid experience with flow, continuous improvement, and outcome-driven development
  • Ability to stay ahead of technology trends by continuously exploring new capabilities, practices, and technologies, including AI-augmented approaches
  • A solution-oriented mindset focused on removing obstacles, supporting teams, and enabling engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Ability to explain complex technical and functional trade-offs clearly and influence decision-making across teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working within HR, Payroll, or other enterprise software environments would be an advantage
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and engineering practices would be beneficial

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
