Liiketoimintamme kasvaessa ja kehittyessä haemme SME-palkkapalvelutiimimme (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) kokenutta ja innostunutta Payroll & HR Specialistia Espooseen tai Kajaaniin.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluu 10-250 henkeä työllistävien pk-yritysten palkanlaskenta, aktiivinen osallistuminen uusien asiakkaiden palveluiden käynnistykseen sekä monipuoliset palkanlaskennan prosessiin ja laadun varmistukseen liittyvät tehtävät. Osalle asiakkaistamme tarjoamme myös HR-palveluita, esim. palkanlaskennan aineistojen tuottamiseen liittyviä pre-payroll-tehtäviä tai järjestelmien pääkäyttäjätehtäviä. Jatkuvien palveluiden lisäksi voit työskennellä kiinnostavissa ja vaihtelevissa vuokrapalkanlaskija-tehtävissä SD Worx W-asiakkuuksissamme.

Kuka olet?

Sinulla on jo vankkaa palkanlaskennan osaamista ja kokemusta useiden työehtosopimusten palkanlaskennasta ja haluat kehittyä edelleen palkka-asiantuntijana

Olet asiakaslähtöinen ja haluat ratkaista asiakkaan ongelmia tiiviissä yhteistyössä tiimin ja asiakkaan kanssa

Olet tarkka, paineensietokykyinen ja joustava sekä kykenet itsenäiseen työskentelyyn

Sinulla on positiivinen, innostunut ja innostava asenne sekä hyvät vuorovaikutus- ja yhteistyötaidot, olet tiimipelaaja

Palkanlaskennan ohjelmistojen, erityisesti SD Worx W:n (aiemmin Personec W, Aditro W) osaaminen on etu.

Sinulla on hyvät IT-taidot ja opit helposti erilaisten uusien järjestelmien käytön

Tykkäät työskennellä muuttuvassa ympäristössä, jossa haluat kehittää itseäsi ja prosesseja

Suomen kielen taitosi on hyvä ja sinulla on valmius työskennellä ja palvella asiakkaitamme myös englanniksi
