Voor TMF Jobs in Weert ga jij aan de slag als de bruggenbouwer tussen internationaal talent en onze werkgevers. Wij geloven dat de juiste mensen hét verschil maken. Je krijgt een rol met veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling.

Als recruiter van internationaal talent richt jij je op internationale kandidaten voor functies binnen bouw, productie, logistiek, techniek en industrie. Je gaat actief opzoek en spreekt kandidaten in meerdere talen. Je bouwt relaties op en kijkt verder dan een cv. Jij weet als geen ander talent te enthousiasmeren voor een toekomst in Nederland.

Wat maakt deze functie interessant?

Je bent niet alleen recruiter. Je bent ook adviseur, relatiebeheerder en ambassadeur van SD Worx. Je bezoekt klanten, loopt mee over de werkvloer, leer organisaties écht kennen en zorgt ervoor dat je kandidaten op een plek terechtkomen waar ze succesvol kunnen zijn!

Samenvattend betekent dat:

  • Actief sourcen en benaderen van internationale kandidaten
  • Voeren van intakegesprekken in Nederlands, Engels en een aanvullende vreemde taal
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van internationale talentpools
  • Kandidaten begeleiden gedurende het gehele recruitmentproces
  • Kandidaten voorstellen en presenteren bij klanten
  • Bezoeken van klanten en deelnemen aan rondleidingen en locatiebezoeken

Dit krijg je ervoor terug:

  • Een salaris tussen de €2700,- en €3300,- bruto op fulltime basis, passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring
  • Een kwartaalbonus op basis van teamprestatie
  • Laptop en telefoon van de zaak
  • De mogelijkheid om tussen 24 en 40 uur per week te werken
  • Werken in een internationale en dynamische omgeving
  • Ruimte voor opleiding, ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden

Wie ben jij?

Iemand die energie krijgt van mensen, resultaat en ondernemen. Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt graag in een internationale omgeving en weet makkelijk verbinding te maken met kandidaten én klanten.

  • Ervaring met sourcing en het actief benaderen van kandidaten
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Beheersing van een extra Europese taal
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 24 uur per week
