Jij zorgt voor de perfecte match en begeleiding gedurende het gehele proces. Jij bent dé specialist die precies weet wat er speelt in de technische sector. Jij weet op de juiste manier technici te benaderen en te overtuigen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Recruiter Techniek ben je de spil tussen onze technici en opdrachtgevers. Jij weet hoe je de beste technici binnenhaalt en samen met je collega plaatst bij je klanten. Vanzelfsprekend bouw je aan je relaties met je kandidaten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

· Recruitment: je bouwt aan je kandidatenpool met de beste technici. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan elektromonteurs, maintenance engineers, servicetechnici en werktuigbouwkundige.

· Technici en opdrachtgevers matchen: Ook na het matchen blijf je de eerste contactpersoon van zowel de klant, als de begeleider van je kandidaat gedurende de opdracht.

· Targets behalen: Je werkt toe naar het behalen van jouw persoonlijke doelstellingen. Dit omvat zowel kwantitatieve als kwalitatieve targets.

· Netwerk verder uitbouwen: Je gaat zelfstandig actief opzoek naar nieuwe opdrachtgevers.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Een salaris tussen de €2900,- en €4500,- bruto op basis van 40 uur afhankelijk van ervaring
  • Een netto onkostenvergoeding van €75,- en een netto internetvergoeding van €25,- op basis van 40 uur
  • Leaseauto die je ook privé mag gebruiken
  • Een kwartaalbonusregeling
  • 8,5% vakantiegeld
  • 25 vakantiedagen, 6,5 adv dagen (of 2,5% extra salaris) & een vrije dag op je verjaardag
  • Een pensioenregeling waarbij SD Worx 60% van de premie betaald
  • Korting op je sportschool abonnement en op een nieuwe fiets

Wat neem jij mee?

Als Recruiter Techniek is het van belang dat je een commerciële drive hebt. Het gaat om een zelfstandige functie die vraagt om proactiviteit. We zoeken daarbij iemand met:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring in de technische sector en/of detachering
  • Resultaatgerichtheid en ervaring met het behalen van individuele en teamtargets
  • Klantgerichtheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Oog voor de marktontwikkelingen en deze weet te vertalen naar kansen voor kandidaten
