Samen met de Business Manager en drie collega Consultants ga je aan de slag op onze vestiging in Maastricht. Je werkt voor een mooie mix van MKB-klanten binnen de logistiek, industrie en office. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt het werk zo leuk.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

Jij weet wat er speelt in de markt en schakelt moeiteloos tussen kandidaten, klanten en collega's.

  • Je weet precies waar je de juiste kandidaten vindt en hoe je hen enthousiast maakt voor een nieuwe uitdaging.
  • Je voert gesprekken met kandidaten en matcht talent aan de juiste vacatures.
  • Heb je een klantbezoek gepland? Dan zorg je dat je goed voorbereid bent en presenteer je de beste kandidaten.
  • Je bouwt aan sterke relaties met klanten en weet kansen in de markt te signaleren en te benutten.
  • Talent sourcen zit in je DNA. Daarnaast krijg je energie van het genereren van nieuwe business.
  • Collega's kunnen altijd bij je terecht voor ondersteuning, advies of een sparsessie.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede administratieve opvolging en houdt klanten en kandidaten continu op de hoogte van de voortgang.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het recruitmentproces en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

Waar doe je het voor?

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Heb je ervaring binnen recruitment of arbeidsbemiddeling
  • Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Zie je commerciële kansen en weet je deze te benutten
  • Beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Ben je in het bezit van rijbewijs B
