SD Worx Jobs heeft verschillende grote klanten in logistiek en industrie, van Nijmegen tot Breda, waarbij tientallen flexwerkers van ons werkzaam zijn. Om de groei en pools bij te kunnen houden speel jij een sleutelrol. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken, selecteren en aannemen van talenten die passen bij de visie en waarden van de klant. Het is voor jou dus ook belangrijk om alle ins en outs van de klant te kennen.

Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

  • Sourcen, de juiste mensen vinden via verschillende kanalen
  • Campagnes verzorgen, samen met marketing
  • Matchen van kandidaten met openstaande vacatures
  • Vacatures opstellen en publiceren
  • Intakegesprekken, online of op locatie
  • Administratief ondersteunen van collega’s in diverse systemen

Wat bieden wij jou?

Als regio Recruiter krijg je:

  • Een salaris tussen de €2600,- en €3500,- bruto op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding
  • €25,- netto internetvergoeding, op basis van 40 uur
  • €45,- netto onkostenvergoeding, op basis van 40 uur
  • 25 vakantiedagen, 6,5 adv dagen (of 2,5% extra salaris) en een vrije dag op je verjaardag
  • 8,5% vakantiegeld & een kwartaalbonusregeling
  • Leaseauto, die je ook privé mag rijden
  • Een pensioenregeling, waarbij SD Worx Jobs 60% van de premie betaald
  • Korting op je sportschool abonnement en korting op aanschaf van een nieuwe fiets
