Wij willen groeien en hebben jou daarvoor nodig! Ons team in Apeldoorn zoekt een nieuwe collega om nieuwe klanten binnen te halen en samen te knallen.

Het team bestaat uit twee andere Consultants. Waar de een ook focus op sales heeft, houd de andere collega zich meer bezig met recruitment. Jouw grootste focus is de omzet boosten door nieuwe klanten binnen te halen en de nieuwe samenwerking te starten!

In deze rol heb je veel vrijheid om sales op jouw manier in te vullen. Samen ga je de kansen in kaart brengen en zorg je voor succes. Wij werken met name voor klanten in het logistiek, de productie, techniek en het groen. Van niet geschoolde kandidaten tot hoogopgeleide profielen. Uitzenden of werving & selectie, alles is mogelijk!

Jouw focus ligt op de regio Apeldoorn. Je gaat op pad om bedrijven te bezoeken, kennis te maken en werkt ook vanuit de vestiging. SD Worx Jobs stuurt op output, het is aan jou om resultaten te halen. Nieuwe ideeën? Graag, gooi het in de groep!

Je krijgt daarbij:

  • Een salaris tussen de €2700,- en €3400,- bruto op basis van 40 uur
  • Een leaseauto die je ook privé kan rijden
  • €25,- netto internetvergoeding op basis van 40 uur
  • 25 vakantiedagen + 6,5 ADV dagen (of 2,5% extra salaris) + een vrije dag op je verjaardag
  • 8,5% vakantiegeld en een kwartaalbonusregeling
  • Een pensioenregeling waarbij 60% door SD Worx wordt betaald
  • Kortingen op het sportabonnement en bij aanschaf van een nieuwe fiets!

We zoeken iemand die de wil heeft om te scoren. Iemand die past bij de Apeldoornse nuchterheid en betrouwbaarheid, met een duidelijke, eerlijke communicatiestijl en een sterke overtuigingskracht om mensen mee te krijgen. Je hebt kennis van de branche en daarbij:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Een rijbewijs en de bereidheid om te reizen in de regio
  • De mogelijkheid om 32 tot 40 uur te werken
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
