Haluatko olla mukana rakentamassa Suomen Mid-Market & Enterprise -liiketoiminnan seuraavaa kasvuvaihetta? Etsimme kokenutta ratkaisumyyjää vahvistamaan Mid-Market & Enterprise -myyntiämme Suomessa.

Olemme uudistamassa myyntiämme ja etsimme mukaan henkilöä, joka viihtyy asiakkaiden liiketoiminnan äärellä, uskaltaa avata uusia ovia ja haluaa aidosti vaikuttaa siihen, miten myyntiä tehdään tulevaisuudessa.

Meillä et myy yksittäistä tuotetta. Autat asiakkaita kehittämään HR- ja palkkahallinnon prosessejaan yhdistämällä markkinoiden johtavia SaaS-ratkaisuja, palkkahallinnon ulkoistuspalveluita sekä asiantuntijapalveluita.

Työssäsi kohtaat HR-johtajia, talousjohtajia ja liiketoimintajohtoa, joiden kanssa käyt liiketoimintalähtöisiä keskusteluja ja rakennat pitkäaikaisia kumppanuuksia.

Mitä pääset tekemään?

  • Rakentamaan ja kasvattamaan omaa asiakasportfoliotasi Mid-Market- ja Enterprise-segmentissä
  • Tunnistamaan asiakkaiden liiketoiminnan haasteita ja mahdollisuuksia
  • Avaamaan uusia asiakkuuksia ja rakentamaan pitkäjänteisiä asiakassuhteita
  • Johtamaan monivaiheisia myyntiprosesseja ensimmäisestä kontaktista sopimukseen asti
  • Käymään keskusteluja HR-, talousjohdon ja ylimmän johdon kanssa
  • Rakentamaan liiketoimintaperusteisia business caseja ja ratkaisuehdotuksia yhdessä asiantuntijoidemme kanssa
  • Vaikuttamaan siihen, miten myyntiä, asiakashankintaa ja asiakkuuksien kehittämistä tehdään tulevaisuudessa
