Jouw missie

Als SAP Payroll Consultant ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, de salarisadministratie en de techniek. Je ondersteunt klanten bij het beheren, optimaliseren en verder ontwikkelen van hun SAP Payroll- en EC Payroll-processen.

Je analyseert incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken, behandelt tickets en adviseert klanten over verbeteringen in hun payrollprocessen. Daarnaast werk je mee aan implementaties, migraties en optimalisatieprojecten. Met jouw kennis en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je voor betrouwbare oplossingen en een soepele salarisverwerking.

Je bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten en collega's en weet functionele vraagstukken te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. Zo lever je dagelijks een waardevolle bijdrage aan succesvolle payrollprocessen.

Je dag als SAP Payroll Consultant

Je start de dag met een teamoverleg waarin de prioriteiten worden besproken. Vervolgens werk je aan uiteenlopende werkzaamheden, zoals het analyseren van incidenten, het configureren van SAP Payroll-functionaliteiten en het ondersteunen van klanten bij hun payrollvraagstukken.

Daarnaast werk je mee aan projecten, voer je testen uit en zorg je voor een correcte documentatie van wijzigingen. Je schakelt regelmatig met consultants, salarisadministrateurs en klanten om de beste oplossingen te realiseren.

Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer duik je in een complexe payrollanalyse, de andere keer begeleid je een klant bij een nieuwe inrichting of procesverbetering.

Wat heb je te bieden

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met SAP Payroll en/of EC Payroll.
  • Ervaring binnen salarisadministratie of HR-processen is een pré.
  • Affiniteit met het analyseren en oplossen van functionele vraagstukken.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.
  • Bereidheid om naar klanten te reizen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • De ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als SAP Payroll-specialist.
