Welche Aufgaben kannst du erwarten?

  • Analyse der Geschäftsanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen mit SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Implementierung und Konfiguration von SuccessFactors Modulen (z.B. Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting).
  • Entwicklung der Lösungen im Einklang mit der SD Worx-Technologie-Strategie.
  • Proaktive Kommunikation mit dem Kunden über Fortschritte, Risiken, Probleme und den finanziellen Projektstatus.
  • Operative Beteiligung an der Durchführung der Projekte sowie Sicherstellung des korrekten Ablaufs und der Nachverfolgung der Projektaktivitäten im Rahmen des vorgegebenen Budgets und Umfangs.
  • Betreuung von Bestandskunden sowie Pflege des bestehenden Systems beim Kunden (CRM, Zeiterfassung, Planung usw.) Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Endbenutzer.

Was hast du zu bieten?

Eine umfassende Leidenschaft für das SAP-Ökosystem und ein starkes Engagement für die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden. Aber auch:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Betreuung von SAP SuccessFactors Lösungen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem SuccessFactors Modul
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im HR-Bereich, einschließlich Anforderungsanalyse, Prozessdesign und Implementierung.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen von Fachabteilungen in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Kundenorientierung.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
