Welche Aufgaben kannst du erwarten?

  • Verantwortung für die Leitung und Durchführung von SAP Payroll Beratungs- und Implementierungsprojekten bei nationalen und internationalen Kunden.
  • Beratung von Kunden zu SAP Payroll Best Practices, Prozessoptimierung, Compliance-Anforderungen und digitalen Transformationsinitiativen.
  • Sicherstellung effizienter, rechtskonformer und qualitativ hochwertiger Payroll-Prozesse innerhalb der SAP-Landschaft.
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Optimierung von Payroll-Prozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Automatisierung
  • Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Transformation von SAP Payroll Lösungen

Was hast du zu bieten?

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP Payroll Beratung, SAP HCM oder Employee Central Payroll
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM Payroll und/oder SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Umfassendes Verständnis von Entgeltabrechnungsprozessen, Sozialversicherung, Lohnsteuer und gesetzlichen Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung von SAP Payroll Lösungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Schnittstellen, Integrationen und angrenzenden HR-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
