Which is where you come in. Working at Schneider Electric means working toward a cleaner, better world. You're part of a global team built on inclusion, mastery, purpose, action, curiosity, and teamwork, turning sustainability ambitions into actions. Role Purpose : The Channel Account Manager is responsible for expanding the channel ecosystem by developing existing alliance partners, identifying new market opportunities, and progressively converting high-potential unmanaged partners into productive managed partners. The role focuses on partner engagement, pipeline development, partner enablement, recruitment, and channel-generated revenue growth. What will you do? 1. Grow Alliance Partners Manage and develop assigned alliance partners to deliver sustainable sales growth. Build regular engagement with partners and identify new business opportunities. Work with partners to develop sales pipelines and improve opportunity conversion. Support product positioning, quotations, promotions, and sales activities. Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, service, and distributor teams to support partner requirements. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing partner accounts. 2. Develop New Market Segments Identify new customer and partner segments with measurable growth potential. Develop targeted partner recruitment and activation plans for selected segments. Build relationships with partners that can expand coverage into new industries, applications, or customer groups. Collaborate with marketing and distributors on campaigns, events, demand generation, and partner recruitment. Track segment pipeline, revenue, and channel penetration, and recommend improvement actions. 3. Convert Unmanaged Partners into Managed Partners Identify high-potential unmanaged partners based on revenue, pipeline, market reach, competency, and growth potential. Establish regular engagement and understand each partner’s business focus, customer base, capabilities, and development needs. Introduce relevant partner programs, training, sales tools, promotions, and joint business opportunities. Develop selected partners through a structured progression: unmanaged to developing to managed partner. Maintain an active partner development pipeline and report progress to the Channel Team Lead. 4. Partner Development and Enablement Support partner onboarding and relationship development. Encourage participation in product, technical, and sales training. Build partner capability in solution and system selling, beyond transactional product selling. Conduct structured partner discussions and follow up on agreed action plans. Support joint customer visits and opportunity development when required. 5. Sales and Pipeline Management Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across assigned partners. Track partner opportunities, sales performance, forecasts, and conversion rates. Work closely with distributors to monitor partner activity and identify growth opportunities. Provide regular business updates, forecasts, partner development status, and market feedback. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline. Min 3-5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, business development, distribution, IT infrastructure, electrical products, or a related B2B environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Commercially minded, sales-driven, and comfortable working toward measurable targets. Able to engage distributors, resellers, system integrators, alliance partners, and end customers. Good presentation, opportunity qualification, follow-up, and execution skills. Willingness to learn technical products, solution selling, and channel programs. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
