What you’ll do Manage the complete contract lifecycle including negotiation, drafting, execution, and renewal Direct your team in reviewing and managing commercial aspects to ensure compliance and alignment with scope Ensure execution teams understand contract obligations and monitor delivery to meet commitments Lead identification of variation orders and contract renewals that support growth and customer satisfaction Essential for the Role Contract Management — intermediate level; overseeing agreements from formation through execution and renewal Contract Negotiation — advanced level; leading discussions that balance customer needs with business objectives Contract Review — advanced level; ensuring agreements align with scope, compliance, and risk parameters Claims Management — advanced level; resolving disputes and managing claims to protect operational continuity Risk Management — intermediate level; identifying and mitigating risks throughout the contract lifecycle People Management — intermediate level; directing team priorities and developing talent to meet delivery goals Ethical Integrity — advanced level; upholding compliance and transparency in all contractual dealings Resilience — advanced level; navigating complex negotiations and high-pressure situations with composure Why Schneider Electric?
