The posting

We are looking for a Customer Project Engineer at our Rojo Gómez plant. This is a great chance to gain valuable experience in project management within a global company committed to innovation and sustainability. What will you do? Take the lead with these responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for the Front Office team, ensuring smooth execution of customer projects in the plant. Monitor project progress and provide constant updates to customers, guaranteeing on-time delivery aligned with client requirements. Manage order entry and follow-up through ERP systems (SAP, MAPICS), coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams. Track KPIs such as OTDS, OTDC, overdue orders, and milestones to ensure service level and timely invoicing. Organize and lead Factory Witness Tests (FWT), both virtual and on-site, maintaining effective communication with customers. Handle customer changes and complaints, ensuring updated information and post-sales follow-up for customer satisfaction. Support compliance with SPS indicators and integrated management system requirements (ISO standards). What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk analysis. Knowledge of manufacturing and operations processes. Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP, MAPICS). Excellent communication and negotiation skills across different organizational levels. Customer-oriented mindset and ability to manage conflicts effectively.
