¿Qué harás? • Apoyar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones basadas en Python y SQL para actividades de gestión de datos y automatización. • Realizar análisis, validación y generación de reportes de datos para apoyar las necesidades del negocio y de ingeniería. • Apoyar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de dashboards y soluciones de visualización de datos. • Participar en actividades de gestión de datos a gran escala, incluyendo actualizaciones de bases de datos, validación de información y verificaciones de calidad de datos. • Contribuir al desarrollo de automatizaciones de procesos y soluciones asistidas por Inteligencia Artificial, orientadas a mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad de los datos. • Colaborar con equipos globales de ingeniería ubicados en Francia, Estados Unidos, China y México. • Apoyar en la creación y mantenimiento de documentación técnica relacionada con procesos de datos, herramientas y soluciones. • Participar en proyectos relacionados con la gestión de datos del ciclo de vida de componentes electrónicos, generando un impacto real en el negocio. 2. ¿Qué habilidades y capacidades te ayudarán a tener éxito? • Sólidas habilidades de pensamiento lógico y resolución de problemas, con capacidad para analizar datos e identificar inconsistencias. • Conocimientos básicos de programación e interés en desarrollar habilidades en Python y SQL. • Buen conocimiento de Excel e interés en análisis de datos, bases de datos y automatización. • Gran atención al detalle, especialmente al trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información y actividades de validación de datos. • Actitud proactiva y disposición para aprender nuevas tecnologías, herramientas y procesos de negocio. • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, con capacidad para colaborar en un entorno global y multicultural. • Responsabilidad y adaptabilidad, con capacidad para gestionar actividades recurrentes y, al mismo tiempo, contribuir a iniciativas de mejora y automatización. ¿Qué te ofrecemos? • Experiencia práctica participando en proyectos reales de gestión de datos, análisis y automatización dentro de una organización global. • Experiencia con tecnologías y herramientas como Python, SQL/MySQL, Pentaho, sistemas de datos de ingeniería, automatización de procesos y soluciones asistidas por Inteligencia Artificial. • Mentoría de profesionales con experiencia en análisis de datos, ingeniería de datos, ingeniería de sistemas y desarrollo de Inteligencia Artificial. • Experiencia colaborando con equipos globales de Francia, Estados Unidos, China y México, permitiéndote desarrollarte dentro de un entorno de trabajo internacional. • Oportunidades para desarrollar tanto habilidades técnicas como interpersonales, participando en proyectos con impacto real dentro de la compañía. • Exposición a procesos empresariales relacionados con la gestión del ciclo de vida de componentes electrónicos y datos de ingeniería. • Modalidad de trabajo híbrida, incluyendo esquema parcial de trabajo desde casa ¿A quién reportarás? (Fecha de graduación estimada en Diciembre 2027 en adelante) • Contar con un promedio mínimo de 8.0. • Tener un nivel de inglés del 90 % o equivalente, con capacidad para comunicarse dentro de un entorno laboral internacional. • Tener conocimientos intermedios de Microsoft Excel. • Se prefieren conocimientos básicos de Python y familiaridad con SQL. • Contar con conocimientos básicos o interés en análisis de datos, bases de datos, automatización y visualización de datos. • Tener sólidas habilidades de pensamiento lógico y resolución de problemas. • Contar con buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, así como responsabilidad, adaptabilidad y disposición para aprender. • Tener disponibilidad para trabajar durante las mañanas (7 am a 2 pm / 8 am a 3 pm) • Tener disponibilidad para trabajar en PIIT, Apodaca, Nuevo León, bajo un esquema parcial de trabajo desde casa.
