KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy and growth: Define and execute the MEA C&SP strategy, including priority markets, customer segments, business growth plans. Commercial and P&L leadership: Own segment performance across orders, sales, profitability, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, cash and recurring revenue, with clear corrective actions where performance is off plan. Strategic customers: Lead executive engagement with hyperscalers, colocation providers, telecom and digital-infrastructure customers; build account plans that expand share of wallet and strengthen long-term partnerships. End-to-end solutions: Orchestrate customer-centric architectures that integrate power, cooling, automation, digital monitoring, software, services and lifecycle modernization, while balancing global standards with local market requirements. Business development: Identify and convert new opportunities linked to data-center capacity expansion, AI-ready infrastructure, edge deployment, modernization, energy efficiency and resilient operations. Complex pursuits and negotiations: Sponsor major bids, establish win strategies, manage commercial and execution risks, and lead high-value negotiations with disciplined governance and deal quality. Ecosystem leadership: Build a scalable partner model with consultants, design institutes, contractors, system integrators, developers, technology alliances and channel partners to improve specification, reach and execution. Cross-functional orchestration: Align country teams, global strategic-account leaders, lines of business, sales, marketing, solution architects, operations, supply chain, finance and services around one regional plan and customer experience. Customer success and installed base: Strengthen lifecycle engagement, service penetration, modernization and recurring software/service revenue, with clear ownership from design and delivery through operations. Innovation and thought leadership: Co-create with customers, bring MEA market insight into portfolio roadmaps, and represent Schneider Electric in selected customer, partner and industry forums. Sustainability: Embed energy efficiency, decarbonization, circularity, transparency and responsible innovation into customer value propositions and strategic account plans. People leadership: Build, lead and develop a diverse, high-performing regional team with strong accountability, succession depth, collaboration and customer-facing capability. EXPECTED OUTCOMES Profitable, predictable growth with a healthy and qualified multi-year pipeline. Greater penetration of strategic accounts and stronger executive sponsorship across MEA. Higher mix of software, services, modernization and recurring revenue. Consistent regional governance, account planning and opportunity management across countries. Improved end-to-end customer experience, from early engagement and specification through execution and lifecycle service. A strong leadership bench and a collaborative C&SP community across the region. KEY STAKEHOLDERS External: Strategic customers, developers, consultants, contractors, technology partners, channel partners and relevant industry bodies. Internal: MEA and country leadership, global C&SP organization, strategic account teams, business units, sales, marketing, solution architecture, tendering, project execution, services, supply chain, finance, legal and sustainability teams. KEY CAPABILITIES Strategic market leadership and the ability to convert market insight into focused growth choices. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership, portfolio mix, pricing, risk and investment prioritization. Executive presence and credibility with C-level customer stakeholders and senior internal leaders. Deep understanding of data-center infrastructure, power systems, cooling, digital operations, lifecycle services and the broader cloud ecosystem. Ability to lead complex, multi-country pursuits and navigate long-cycle, high-value projects. Matrix leadership that creates alignment across global, regional, country and business-unit stakeholders. Customer-centric problem solving, value-based selling and negotiation capability. Talent leadership, coaching, succession planning and inclusive team development. Comfort operating in ambiguity, setting direction and maintaining disciplined execution. Strong governance, ethical judgment and commitment to safety, quality and compliance. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Typically 15+ years of progressive commercial, segment, strategic-account or business leadership experience in cloud, data centers, critical infrastructure, energy management, industrial technology or a related B2B environment. Demonstrated success leading regional growth, complex customer portfolios and large strategic opportunities across multiple countries. Experience owning or materially influencing a P&L, business plan, forecast and investment agenda. Proven leadership of cross-functional and multicultural teams in a global matrix organization. Working knowledge of data-center electrical distribution, secure power, cooling, automation, software and services; sufficient technical depth to shape value propositions and mobilize specialists. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related discipline. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred. Fluent business English. Additional languages relevant to MEA are an advantage. Ability to travel regularly across MEA and internationally, in line with business needs. PREFERRED PROFILE Experience with hyperscale, colocation, telecom, edge or digital-infrastructure customers. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
