Join us as a Head of Accounting & Internal Control BENE, where you'll lead multiple teams to deliver financial excellence and compliance across our operations. Direct and manage multiple accounting teams to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with local regulations Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, receivable, financial statement preparation, and regulatory reporting Make independent decisions on complex financial matters and recommend impactful changes to processes and policies Set strategic direction for your teams in alignment with organizational objectives and drive long-term financial performance What qualifications will make you successful? Proven leadership ability to manage and inspire large teams toward operational excellence Strong analytical skills to address complex, non-recurring problems and develop innovative solutions Strategic thinking with the ability to align team goals with broader business priorities Sound judgment in making decisions that impact functional and cross-functional areas Fluent in English, French or Dutch is a plus What's in it for me?
