What will you do: As part of our project delivery team, you’ll contribute to installation, configuration and implementation of complex software solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include: Technical role in a project team during project execution Read and understand available project documentation (SoW, RFP, ToC), in project preparedness phase Communicate with the corresponding customer role about technical details, risks, everything in his/her scope Report project related issues/risks to project manager Involved and consulted during system architecture design activities Customer IT personnel support in GoLive and System availability phase Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers and sub-contractors, Regional Solutions Center, Partners Accountable for deployment and configuration of Schneider Electric Advanced Distribution Management Systems What You Bring We’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow into an Deployment Engineer role. You don’t need to tick every box — we value potential and curiosity! Experience and skills we are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in IT industry (System administration, virtualization, infrastructure or IT architecture). Technical knowledge of former and current Microsoft Windows enterprise desktop and server operating systems, including installation procedures, security tuning, troubleshooting and configuration management Advanced knowledge of IT systems, including networking, server, storage and applications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies Virtualization literacy (Hyper-V, VMWare, etc.) Networking literacy (subnetting, VLANs) Microsoft Azure Communication skills with the ability to analyze and explain technical issues to lay audiences.
