Your Mission / Position Summary Secure Power事業のOrder Managementチームの一員として、受注から出荷までのプロセスをEnd-to-Endでリードしていただきます。 顧客、営業、プロジェクトマネジメント、サプライチェーン、物流、工場をつなぐハブとして、日々のオペレーションを確実に遂行するだけでなく、納期・在庫・プロセス上の課題を主体的に特定し、関係者とともに解決へ導くポジションです。 また、事業の成長や新しいビジネスモデルに合わせて、より効率的で顧客価値の高いオペレーションを構築していくことも期待されています。 5. Key Responsibilities（期待する成果） ① Drive Reliable Order-to-Delivery Execution：受注から出荷までを確実に進める 受注情報を正確に登録・管理し、受注から出荷までのプロセス全体を管理する 受注情報・納期情報および関連データの正確性を維持する ② Act as the Cross-functional Coordination Hub：関係者をつなぐハブとなる 顧客、営業、サプライチェーン、物流、工場との調整を行い、納期遵守および売上実現を支援する 顧客と社内関係者の間に立ち、課題解決に向けた調整を推進する ③ Resolve Issues and Protect Customer Commitments：課題解決と顧客対応 顧客からの問い合わせ、納期調整依頼、エスカレーション案件に迅速かつ適切に対応する 納期遅延、在庫不足、受注処理上の課題を早期に特定する ④ Improve and Transform Operations：業務改善とプロセス変革 関係部門と連携し、改善策の策定・実行を行う 新しいビジネスモデルや成長事業に対応するための新プロセス・運用ルールの導入を支援する 新しい業務プロセスの定着および安定運用に貢献する Must Have（必須） 顧客対応または受注管理業務の実務経験 社内外関係者との調整およびコミュニケーション能力 高い正確性と注意力を持って業務を遂行できること 日本語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力 Strong Advantage（歓迎要件） ERPシステム（SAP、Oracle）の利用経験 製造業・B2B環境での納期調整・部門横断業務の経験 英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力 We Welcome Candidates Who（こんな方を歓迎します） 業務プロセスや需要変動、システム変更などの変化を楽しみながら対応できる方 課題を自ら見つけ、改善提案につなげたい方 顧客と社内、双方の視点でバランスよく判断したい方 継続的に専門知識を蓄積し、学び続けたい方 7.
