What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related discipline. 10+ years' experience in cooling systems, HVAC engineering, datacentre thermal management, or mission-critical cooling infrastructure. Strong experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, colocation, internet giant, or large-scale datacentre customers. Strong expertise in datacentre cooling architectures, HVAC systems, liquid cooling technologies, and thermal management solutions supporting hyperscale, AI, HPC, and mission-critical environments. Strong understanding of ASHRAE guidelines, international HVAC standards, and datacentre cooling best practices. Proven ability to influence technical decisions and engage effectively with senior engineering stakeholders, consultants, and customer leadership teams. Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a passion for innovation and sustainability. Experience working across international or multi-country environments will be highly regarded. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future cooling architectures of some of the world's largest datacentre operators while working at the forefront of AI, HPC, liquid cooling, and sustainable infrastructure innovation. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
