I rollen som Projektingenjör kommer du i dina projekt att i första hand arbeta med driftsättning av våra produkter. Det innefattar även en programmering och viss del konstruktion. Du kommer i förlängningen att ansvara för (eller medverka) vid samordnad provning, hålla i driftgenomgång med kund samt vara delaktig vid besiktning. På de projekt som du kommer att ansvara för, leder du det tekniska arbetet, samt samordnar de entreprenörer som vi anlitar och samarbetar med, detta kommer att ske i samråd med ansvarig projektledare. För att bli framgångsrik i rollen Behöver du vara lösningsorienterad och ha en positiv inställning till att lösa utmaningar. Ett tekniskt intresse och en vilja att lära sig nya saker är viktiga egenskaper för denna roll. Då rollen även i en förlängning innefattar viss arbetsledning i samråd med projektledare och kontakt med beställares installationssamordnare och sidoentreprenörer är det av vikt att detta känns intressant och motiverande. Tidigare erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter är meriterande men inte nödvändigtvis ett måste. Med ditt engagemang driver du ditt arbete självständigt med en hög servicenivå och med ett tydligt intresse för ett lyckat slutresultat. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med andra men trivs även med att arbeta självständigt. Kanske jobbar du idag inom industri på en elverkstad med inriktning automation eller som elektriker med ett tydligt tekniskt intresse och vill utveckla dig inom hållbarhet och fastighetsautomation. Då vi använder datorer och programvaror behöver man ha datorvana. Viktiga egenskaper för rollen är ett eget driv, en positiv inställning och att man är tekniskt intresserad. Kunskap och förståelse för leveransvillkoren, AB och ABT, är meriterande, likaså goda kunskaper i engelska då vi är ett globalt internationellt företag. Vid anställning behöver utdrag ur belastnings- och misstankeregistret genomföras. Grundläggande erfarenheter och kvalifikationer Utbildning inom fastighetsteknik eller motsvarande. Flytande svenska och engelska är ett krav. Minst 1 års erfarenhet inom relevant område. God förmåga att arbeta lugnt och strukturerat Goda kunskaper inom fastighetsautomation.
