We're looking for an Electrical Systems Engineer to join our Technical Tendering team. You'll design competitive technical solutions that win projects, working at the intersection of customer needs, engineering excellence, and commercial success across electrical distribution and power systems. What will you do? Develop technical solutions for electrical systems opportunities, selecting optimal equipment and defining system architectures Ensure technical compliance and competitiveness of proposals, supporting tendering teams through to bid submission Assess technical risks and create mitigation plans while budgeting engineering resources for project execution Coordinate interfaces across electrical packages and integrate solutions for AC, DC, and hybrid power networks What are the key skills we are looking for? Electrical Distribution Systems — intermediate level; designing power architectures for diverse market segments Technical Solution Design — intermediate level; translating customer requirements into competitive proposals Quotation Management — intermediate level; preparing accurate technical and commercial bid documentation Requirements Analysis — intermediate level; capturing and validating customer needs for electrical projects Problem Solving — intermediate level; resolving technical challenges during the tendering phase Customer Orientation — intermediate level; aligning solutions with client expectations and project goals Active Listening — intermediate level; understanding stakeholder input to refine technical approaches Prioritization — intermediate level; managing multiple bids and deadlines effectively What qualifications will make you successful?
