  • Allgemeine Unterstützung des Bereichs HR & Crewing
  • Beantworten von Anfragen von Bewerber*innen mit Fokus auf Positionen im Basecamp und Volunteer-Crew
  • Screening von Bewerbungen zur Vorauswahl an Hiring Manager*innen
  • Datenerfassung und -pflege des Crewing-Talentpools
  • Administrative Betreuung der Rotation
  • Erstellen von Power-Point Präsentationen und Protokollen
  • Vorbereitung von Social-Media Postings zur Bewerber*innengewinnung

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium: Du studierst idealerweise mit HR-Schwerpunkt und bist für die gesamte Praktikumsdauer immatrikuliert (Pflichtpraktikum). Alternativen sind auf Anfrage auch als freiwilliges Praktikum von 3 Monaten möglich.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du besitzt ein offenes, empathisches Auftreten und hast Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Bewerbenden und Kolleg*innen sowie Kollegen.
  • Organisation & Verlässlichkeit: Eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie absolute Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Personaldaten sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Motivation: Du bist politisch interessiert, identifizierst dich mit den Werten von Sea-Eye und möchtest dich für Menschen auf der Flucht engagieren.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du bringst gute Englischkenntnisse für internationale Teams oder Bewerbende mit.
  • Remote Arbeit: Du findest dich gut in neue Systeme ein und bist fit im Umgang mit kollaborativer Software.
