Job Responsibilities

  • Review and verify legal documents and supporting materials for completeness, accuracy and compliance with established requirements.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information and procedural issues, and document findings for follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate application records and case files, update case statuses and manage related correspondence.
  • Verify documents processed through automated systems and maintain records in designated document management platforms.
  • Support the preparation of formal correspondence and application-related documents.
  • Monitor application progress, track outstanding matters and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing and closure of cases.
  • Perform other related administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Able to manage a high volume of documents and applications within stipulated timelines.
  • Good organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally and follow established procedures.

Duration/Working Hours:

6 months (Feb 2027 to Aug 2027)

42 working hours per week
