🏢💻 Finance Systems Executive (Novena)

  • 💰 Salary: $3,000/month
  • 📅 Contract Duration: 12 months
  • 🗓️ Contract Period: February 2027 – January 2028
  • ⏰ Working Hours: 8.5 hours daily, excluding weekends and public holidays
  • 📆 Working Days: Monday–Friday

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Support the formulation and review of finance-related system processes and workflows.
  • Assist with system implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Gather and review stakeholder inputs on system requirements.
  • Liaise with external contractors to resolve system issues and implement change requests.
  • Track system incidents and change requests.
  • Coordinate financial year-end activities.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Arrange meetings and prepare meeting notes, documentation and presentation materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in finance operations, system implementation, process improvement or project coordination is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of finance-related processes and workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes.
