The posting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including shortlisting, interview coordination, document collection and preliminary assessments.
  • Liaise with manpower agencies and hiring divisions on recruitment matters.
  • Create and maintain new hires' personnel files and ensure HR records are updated accurately.
  • Support procurement activities, including raising purchase orders and verifying invoices.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems in a timely manner.
  • Support the digitisation of hardcopy personnel files under the Electronic P-File Management Project.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across other HR functions, including preparation and issuance of HR letters and certificates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in HR administration, recruitment or personnel administration will be an advantage.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner

Duration/working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
