🏫💻 ICT Executive cum Trainer

  • 💰 Salary: $3,500/month
  • 📅 Contract Duration: 1 year
  • 🗓️ Contract Period: 4 January 2027 – 31 December 2027
  • ⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Wednesday: 7:30am–5:00pm Thursday (CCA day): 8:30am–6:00pm Friday: 7:30am–4:30pm
  • All working hours include a 1-hour lunch break.

🚫 Service Exclusions: Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays, except when official school events or functions fall on a Saturday.

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Manage ICT and AV inventory, equipment loans, stocktaking and replacements.
  • Provide technical support for ICT systems, classroom equipment and AV systems.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and upgrades with vendors.
  • Maintain 3D printers, makerspace equipment and student devices.
  • Support photography, videography, live streaming and multimedia production.
  • Assist with ICT training, online surveys, reports, website updates and digital archives.
  • Perform other ICT-related duties as assigned.

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ICT or AV technical support experience, preferably in education.
  • Proficient in Windows and iOS; familiarity with macOS and Apple School Manager.
  • Experience in photography, videography, live streaming and 3D printing.
  • Familiarity with makerspaces, VR, interactive displays and digital learning tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of website development, multimedia software and AI tools is preferred.
  • Good troubleshooting, communication and training skills.
