Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare experiment materials for Primary 3 to 6 Science lessons according to the Schedule of Work and teachers' requests.
  • Procure and prepare materials in advance, verify accuracy and conduct experiment trials when required.
  • Ensure equipment is ready for lessons and support safe laboratory practices.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of Science Rooms.
  • Clean, store and maintain laboratory equipment, apparatus and chemicals properly.
  • Maintain laboratory logs, inventory records and equipment catalogues.
  • Monitor stock levels, arrange replenishment and assist with annual stocktaking and purchase claims.
  • Manage the school front desk, greet visitors, parents and students, and respond to enquiries.
  • Answer phone calls and perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a school.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Procurement experience, including ordering and replenishing supplies, is preferred.
  • Experience supporting lessons and school activities is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures is preferred.
  • First-aid training is an advantage.

Duration/Working Hours:

2 years contract (Jan 2027 to Dec 2028)

42 working hours per week
