The posting

Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business. We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Associates on our Night Shifts (C and D), 7:00a – 7:00p.   As of March 1, 2026, we have transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3 schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule. Day shift will be 7a-7p; night shift will be 7p-7a.    What we offer: Medical/Dental/Vision, beginning the first day of employment 401k with company match, after 30 days 10 Paid Holidays Opportunities for overtime and advancement Sign on Bonus - $500.00 after 90 days, $500.00 after 1 year Annual and quarterly bonuses based on company performance   Physical Requirements Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shiftAbility to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms  The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
