Em nome do nosso cliente, estamos à procura de um Head Chef (m/f/d) experiente, a tempo inteiro, para um premiado hotel orgânico de gestão familiar, localizado na Madeira.

Situado na costa sudoeste da ilha, o hotel representa qualidade, sustentabilidade e hospitalidade calorosa. Com o cenário deslumbrante da ilha das flores como pano de fundo, oferece férias para apreciadores, com cozinha regional orgânica, tranquilidade e vistas deslumbrantes sobre o Atlântico.

As suas responsabilidades:

  • Gestão global de todas as operações da cozinha
  • Liderança, motivação e desenvolvimento da equipa de cozinha (incluindo assistentes, ajudantes e pessoal de serviço)
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos mais altos padrões culinários e de higiene
  • Criação e implementação conjunta de um menu regional com foco em ingredientes orgânicos
  • Colaboração estreita com a direção do hotel para otimizar processos e aumentar a satisfação dos hóspedes

O seu perfil:

  • Vários anos de experiência em funções de liderança em cozinhas de hotelaria ou restauração
  • Fortes competências organizacionais, sentido de responsabilidade e espírito de equipa
  • Paixão por cozinha criativa, inspirada na região e com ingredientes sustentáveis
  • Competências linguísticas: Inglês e Português fluentes; Alemão é uma mais-valia
  • Entusiasmo para viver e trabalhar numa das ilhas mais bonitas da Europa
