Head of Department Hardware / Software (w/m/d)

Unser Mandant aus dem Herzen des Ruhrgebiets (mit 5 Standorten weltweit) entwickelt und produziert technisch anspruchsvolle Konsumgüter für internationale OEM-Kunden unter höchsten Qualitätsstandards und mit konsequentem Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, zirkuläres Design und CO-Reduktion.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische und disziplinarische Führung der Hardware-/Softwareentwicklung
  • Verantwortung für nachhaltige und marktreife Produktlösungen im OEM-Kontext
  • Steuerung interdisziplinärer Entwicklungsteams und externer Technologiepartner
  • Technisches Projektmanagement über den gesamten Produktentstehungsprozess
  • Förderung von nachhaltigen Innovationen durch zirkuläre Entwicklungsansätze
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design, Produktion, Einkauf und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung technischer Prozesse, Standards und Tools
  • Mitgestaltung einer modernen, mitarbeiterzentrierten Führungskultur

Dein Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Hard- und Softwareentwicklung idealerweise im OEM- oder Consumer-Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem technologiegetriebenen Umfeld
  • Know-how in Embedded Systems, Steuerungstechnik und agilen Methoden
  • Affinität zu nachhaltigem Produktdesign und Kreislaufwirtschaft (Cradle-to-Cradle etc.)
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
