About Searchable

Searchable is an agentic marketing platform built for the age of AI search. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews have transformed how people discover information. Brands now need to measure and optimise their visibility across all of the major AI search engines.

We help companies grow their organic presence across SEO, AEO, and GEO through a fully agentic platform that identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and automates improvements with Searchable’s AI agent. We’re at $5M ARR in just 10 months, backed by top angels and VCs, and building the team that will define the category.

We’re office-based five days a week near London Bridge. If you thrive in a startup culture where people put in hours because they love solving hard problems and taking radical ownership, you'll fit right in.

The Role

This is a role for someone who sits comfortably between design and engineering and refuses to let anything get lost in between. You can open a Figma file, spot the spacing that’s two pixels off, and fix it in the component rather than the page. You care as much about how something feels as how it’s built.

Our product takes a lot of complex, unfamiliar data about how brands appear in AI answers and has to make it instantly clear. That’s a design problem as much as an engineering one, and you’ll be solving both. You’ll take features from rough idea to polished release, and help shape the component library and design system that let us move fast without the product starting to look like it.

You’ll work day to day with Product, Design, and Backend, with real ownership over how Searchable looks and feels.

What you’ll do

- Own challenging frontend features from start to finish, covering everything from initial planning and technical design through to a refined, production-ready result

- Explore the full potential of current frontend tools and techniques, crafting meticulous, visually polished interfaces that faithfully reflect every nuance of the designs

- Work hand in hand with Product, Design, and Backend colleagues to turn concepts into graceful, fast-loading interfaces that deliver an outstanding experience for users

- Uphold a high bar for code quality, accessibility, and speed through careful code reviews, thorough testing, and sound engineering practices

- Help shape the direction of our frontend architecture, shared components, and design system so the team can move quickly as we grow

Who we’re looking for

- At least five years of hands-on frontend engineering experience, preferably at startups or fast-scaling companies

- Advanced skills in TypeScript, React, and today’s frontend toolchain, backed by a history of launching excellent customer-facing products

- Hands-on involvement in creating, extending, or looking after a shared component library or design system

- A compelling portfolio or GitHub profile that demonstrates your frontend abilities

- Solid command of CSS, real-world experience using TailwindCSS, and a good grasp of semantic HTML

- A sharp eye for design and an obsession with visual detail, with the ability to turn Figma files into flawless, pixel-accurate interfaces

- Clear communication and a strong sense of accountability, comfortable working independently while keeping in step with the wider team

- Evidence of excellence in some area, inside or outside of work, such as a strong FIDE chess rating

- A genuinely warm, team-oriented, and hardworking nature, lifting those around you through openness and empathy

What you can expect from us

- Salary: Competitive (DOE)

- Meaningful early-stage equity pre Series A

- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays

- Enhanced salary sacrifice pension

- Workplace nursery scheme

- Monthly fitness and wellbeing reimbursement

- Flexibility in hours – around life and family commitments

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
