Searchable is an agentic marketing platform built for the age of AI search. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews have transformed how people discover information. Brands now need to measure and optimise their visibility across all of the major AI search engines.

We help companies grow their organic presence across SEO, AEO, and GEO through a fully agentic platform that identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and automates improvements with Searchable’s AI agent. We’re at $5M ARR in just 10 months, backed by top angels and VCs, and building the team that will define the category.

About The Role

You see sales process as a system to be engineered, not a list to be worked. You’ll build the enrichment, scoring, routing and sequencing that decide who we contact, when, and what we say, and you’ll build it to keep running on its own long after you’ve moved on to the next thing.

You’ll be selling into a new category, which means there’s no off-the-shelf playbook to copy. You’ll be writing and building the full stack you need working day to day with our London and Salt Lake sales team AEs and SDRs.

What You’ll Do

- Build the systems that power our pipeline across outbound, inbound, ABM and sales workflows, using tools such as Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier and Clearbit

- Create and look after automated enrichment, lead scoring, routing and multi-channel sequences, shipping three to five campaigns a month that are built to scale

- Turn signals from our website and content into outbound triggers, account-based plays and timely follow-ups for the AE team

- Take ownership of the entire GTM tech stack, including deliverability, HubSpot automation, data hygiene and attribution, and make the call on what we build ourselves and what we buy

- Write the documentation and playbooks that let anyone on the team understand and repeat what you’ve built

What We’re Looking For

- At least two years in GTM engineering, RevOps automation or a technical growth role at a B2B SaaS company

- Someone who can take a tangled problem spread across multiple data sources and turn it into something the sales team relies on without second-guessing

- Real hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier and n8n, plus enough Python or JavaScript to carry on when no-code hits its limits

- An AI-first mindset: when work piles up, you reach for automation before you reach for a new hire

- Proof that your automation has lifted conversion rates and taken manual work off SDRs and AEs

Nice to Have

- Experience with attribution modelling, tracking implementation and analytics tooling

- A history of building or scaling a GTM or RevOps function at a fast-growing startup
