Diskare – Brasserie Season, Season Hotel

Brasserie Season är hjärtat i Season Hotel, en livfull mötesplats där mat, människor och upplevelser möts i en varm och självklar atmosfär. Nu söker vi diskare som vill arbeta heltid, deltid eller extra och bli en viktig del av vår verksamhet.

Season Hotel på Ekerö är en destination där gäster landar för både upplevelser och avkoppling – med spa, takbar, Harbour Café, avslappnad spa-bar och mötesrum för upp till 120 personer.

Om rollen

Som diskare hos oss är du hjärtat i verksamheten. Du ser till att kök, bar och restaurang alltid har rena redskap, glas, porslin och utrustning på plats, vilket är en förutsättning för att hela verksamheten ska fungera smidigt. Med ordning, struktur och ett högt arbetstempo skapar du de bästa förutsättningarna för både köket och servisen att leverera en förstklassig gästupplevelse.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

• Diska porslin, glas, bestick och köksutrustning. • Hålla diskrum, kök och arbetsytor rena, organiserade och välfungerande. • Ta hand om avfall och återvinning enligt gällande rutiner. • Hjälpa till med enklare förberedelser i köket vid behov. • Säkerställa att rutiner för hygien, renhållning och livsmedelshantering följs.

Vi söker dig som

• Är minst 18 år fyllda. • Är noggrann, effektiv och trivs i ett högt arbetstempo. • Tar ansvar och ser vad som behöver göras. • Är prestigelös, flexibel och har en positiv inställning. • Tidigare erfarenhet från restaurang, storkök eller disk är meriterande, men inget krav.
