Kock – Brasserie Season, Season Hotel

Brasserie Season är hjärtat i Season Hotel, en livfull mötesplats där mat, människor och upplevelser smälter samman i en varm och självklar atmosfär. Nu söker vi en engagerad och strukturerad kock som vill vara en viktig del av köket och bidra till att varje rätt håller hög kvalitet och konsekvent standard.

Season Hotel på Ekerö är en destination där gäster landar för både upplevelser och avkoppling – med spa, takbar, Harbour Café, avslappnad spa-bar och mötesrum för upp till 120 personer.

Om rollen

Som kock hos oss är du en viktig del av köksteamet på Brasserie Season. Du arbetar nära dina kollegor i köket och samarbetar med matsal och bar för att säkerställa att varje service håller hög kvalitet och flyter smidigt.

Rollen innebär både struktur och operativt arbete:

Förbereda och tillaga rätter enligt meny och dagens produktion. Säkerställa hög kvalitet, smak och presentation i varje rätt. Arbeta enligt kökets rutiner för hygien, HACCP och säkerhet. Säkerställa korrekt hantering och förvaring av råvaror. Samarbeta nära köksteam och serveringspersonal för en smidig service. Bidra till ett välorganiserat kök där rutiner och arbetssätt följs. Vara en aktiv del av teamet och bidra till en positiv arbetsmiljö.

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet av arbete i restaurangkök. Är noggrann, strukturerad och trivs i ett högt tempo. Har god känsla för råvaror, kvalitet och detaljer. Trivs med att arbeta i team och bidra till ett bra samarbete i köket. Har förståelse för rutiner, hygienkrav och ett professionellt köksarbete.

Du gillar att arbeta i ett välfungerande team och bidra till att köket håller en jämn och hög standard. Du tror, precis som vi, att det bästa arbetet skapas genom samarbete, struktur och stolthet i hantverket.
