Sécurité | Gestionnaire de site | Québec | $95K/ année

Securitas est à la recherche d'un gestionnaire de site pour notre centre de données à L’Ancienne-Lorette. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne d’une équipe de sécurité composée d’un agent administratif, de superviseurs, d’intervenants et d’agents de contrôle. Votre mission consistera à bâtir et diriger une équipe soudée et performante afin d’assurer un environnement sécuritaire et conforme aux exigences du site. Vous jouerez également un rôle essentiel dans la gestion de la relation client, la résolution de problèmes et l’optimisation des services et de la surveillance des systèmes de sécurité.

Poste permanent à temps plein (40 heures)

  • Du lundi au vendredi, exceptionnellement le week-end

Poste de gestionnaire de site dans le milieu de la sécurité

  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) OBLIGATOIRE
  • 5 ans de résidence au Canada OBLIGATOIRE
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience

Le salaire : $95K/ année

Exigences :

  • Permis d’agent de sécurité valide (BSP)
  • Certificat de secourisme valide (RCR)
  • Compétences solides en gestion d’équipe et en administration
  • Proactivité, ponctualité et professionnalisme
  • Résider idéalement à L’Ancienne-Lorette et ses environs
  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine pertinent ou au moins 4 ans d’expérience dans le secteur de la sécurité ou en gestion (ou une combinaison équivalente)
  • Maîtrise des outils informatique Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams etc.)
  • Une expérience dans un centre de données constitue un atout
  • Connaissances de base en technologies de sécurité (caméras de surveillance, contrôle d’accès, logiciels de gestion des incidents)
  • Acceptation du processus de sélection incluant vérification des antécédents judiciaires

Principales responsabilités :

  • Superviser et encadrer le personnel de sécurité, incluant le recrutement, la formation et le développement des agents
  • Coacher ses employés afin d’en faire une équipe hautement performante
  • Veiller au respect des procédures et politiques de l’entreprise
  • Intervenir en tant qu’agent ou superviseur de salle de contrôle lors de pics d’activité ou en cas d’absence
  • Suivre les performances de l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs de sécurité
  • Réaliser des audits réguliers et transmettre les informations importantes à la direction du client
  • Surveiller le bon fonctionnement des systèmes de sécurité et assurer la maintenance des équipements en signalant toute anomalie
  • Mettre à jour les documents et rapports de sécurité conformément aux politiques internes
  • Servir de point de contact principal en l’absence du gestionnaire des campus
  • Identifier les faiblesses du système de sécurité et proposer des améliorations
  • Garantir un environnement de travail sécurisé en respectant les normes en vigueur

Conditions de travail et exigences physiques :

  • Capacité à gérer des situations stressantes et à rester calme sous pression
  • Aptitude à faire face à des personnes non autorisées ou à des situations conflictuelles
  • Disponibilité pour des heures supplémentaires non planifiées
  • Utilisation régulière d’un ordinateur pour les réunions, la saisie de données et la surveillance
  • Capacité à rester debout, marcher ou s’asseoir pendant de longues périodes, y compris monter des escaliers ou se déplacer sur des surfaces irrégulières
  • Capacité à porter de l’équipement de sécurité léger (jusqu’à 2,5 kg) durant tout le quart de travail
  • Possibilité de travailler dans des conditions météorologiques difficiles ou dans des environnements nécessitant des équipements de protection
  • Manipulation d’informations sensibles et confidentielles avec discrétion
  • Capacité occasionnelle à soulever des objets pesant jusqu’à 25 livres (environ 11 kg)
