SECURITAS est actuellement à la recherche d’un Superviseur sur appel pour la ville de Donnacona et ses environs.

Il s’agit d’une excellente opportunité pour les personnes désirant développer leurs compétences en supervision et en sécurité physique dans un milieu technologique de pointe, où la rigueur, le professionnalisme et la conformité sont essentiels.

Votre engagement, votre fiabilité et vos performances pourraient mener rapidement à un poste permanent à temps plein (40 heures/semaine) dans les mois suivant l’embauche.

Poste sur appel

Horaire variable selon les besoins opérationnels, jusqu’à concurrence de 40 heures par semaine, disponibilité la fin de semaine (un atout)

  • Quart de jour : lundi – vendredi (7 am – 3 pm)
  • Quart de soir : lundi – vendredi (3 pm – 11 pm)

Superviseur dans un environnement de centre de données

  • Lieu : Ville de Donnacona et ses environs
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) OBLIGATOIRE
  • 5 ans de résidence au Canada OBLIGATOIRE

Rémunération

Salaire horaire variant généralement entre $30.45 et $34.20, selon le poste, l’expérience et les responsabilités, en plus des primes applicables :

  • Prime secourisme: $0.60/h
  • Prime service à la clientèle : $0.50/h
  • Prime de nuit (10 pm – 6 am): $1.00/h

Exigences :

  • Permis d'agent de sécurité valide (BSP)
  • Certificat de secourisme valide (RCR)
  • Expérience souhaitée dans le domaine de la sécurité, des services publics (police, pompiers) ou des forces armées
  • Avoir le droit légal de travailler au Canada
  • Capacité à parler, lire et écrire en français de manière professionnelle (et anglais si requis)
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques de base
  • Bon sens de l’initiative et autonomie
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle
  • Idéalement vivre dans la ville de Donnacona et ses environs

Responsabilités principales :

  • Superviser et coordonner les agents de sécurité durant le quart afin d’assurer une couverture complète et efficace du site
  • Veiller au respect rigoureux des procédures, politiques et directives du client et du centre de données
  • Gérer et superviser le contrôle des accès pour les employés, visiteurs, fournisseurs et techniciens autorisés
  • Assurer les escortes obligatoires et la gestion sécuritaire des accès aux zones sensibles et restreintes
  • Surveiller activement les systèmes de sécurité, incluant la vidéosurveillance, les alarmes et les contrôles d’accès électroniques
  • Réagir rapidement aux alarmes, incidents ou situations suspectes et coordonner les interventions nécessaires
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les procédures d’urgence (incendie, intrusion, évacuation, panne) tout en maintenant la continuité des opérations
  • Rédiger des rapports de quart clairs et détaillés ainsi que les rapports d’incident requis
  • Assurer la traçabilité et la documentation des événements, accès et interventions
  • Encadrer, soutenir et motiver les agents de sécurité afin de maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme
  • Former et accompagner les nouveaux agents sur les procédures spécifiques du centre de données
  • Maintenir une communication professionnelle et proactive avec les équipes internes
  • Assurer un transfert d’informations précis et structuré entre les quarts de travail
  • Identifier, signaler et proposer des améliorations concernant les risques, écarts et pratiques de sécurité

Conditions de travail et exigences physiques :

  • Capacité à gérer des situations de stress et à intervenir avec calme
  • Possibilité de rester assis, debout ou en mouvement pendant de longues périodes (jusqu’à 20 km par quart)
  • Manipulation régulière de dispositifs technologiques de surveillance
  • Capacité à porter de l’équipement de sécurité léger (jusqu’à 2,5 kg)
  • Soulever occasionnellement des charges allant jusqu’à 11 kg
  • Travailler dans des conditions météorologiques variées ou dans des zones nécessitant un équipement de protection
  • Traitement de renseignements sensibles avec discrétion et professionnalisme
