Het Securitas Operations Center (SOC) is het innovatieve hart van de Securitas organisatie. In het SOC komen de expertise van onze medewerkers, techniek en processen samen die Securitas voorzien van belangrijke informatie die wordt gebruikt om proactief en gegrond de juiste actie voor onze klanten uit te zetten.

Het SOC is niet alleen een alarmcentrale, maar een complete oplossing voor dienstverlening op afstand. Binnen het SOC doen we ons voordeel met alle informatiebronnen die we ter beschikking hebben. Denk hierbij aan onze beveiligers, digitale data en internationale connecties. Al die verschillende bronnen zetten we in om preventief te beveiligen. Het Securitas Operations Center verzekert deskundige beveiliging en dienstverlening op afstand.

Vacatureomschrijving

Binnen het Securitas Operations Center (SOC) werken de teams Customer Care, Technical Support Desk, Contractadministratie en Operationele Administratie samen om onze klanten optimaal te bedienen.

De vraag naar op maat gemaakte beveiligingsoplossingen neemt toe. Hierbij gaat het onder andere om technologische beveiligingsdiensten op afstand, vaak in combinatie met hardware zoals camera's, (brand)alarmsystemen en intercoms.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Technical Support Medewerker om ons team te versterken. In deze functie ben je primair verantwoordelijk voor de technische ondersteuning van installateurs bij het aansluiten, configureren, testen en oplossen van technische problemen met beveiligingssystemen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het ondersteunen van installateurs bij het technisch aansluiten van beveiligingssystemen.
  • Het configureren van mobiele apparaten en complexe alarm- en camerasystemen.
  • Het telefonisch ondersteunen van klanten en installateurs bij het testen van systemen.
  • Het zorgen voor een correcte technische oplevering van systemen.
  • Het analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen bij bestaande projecten of incidenten, ook wanneer deze zich ad hoc voordoen.
  • Het leveren van technische ondersteuning binnen projecten.
  • Het regelmatig samenwerken met internationale collega's binnen Securitas, waarbij je de Engelse taal gebruikt.

In deze veelzijdige functie ontwikkel je je tot een expert in de technische mogelijkheden en diensten die het Securitas Operations Center biedt.

Functie-eisen

  • Minimaal mbo 4-/hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een (IT-)technische richting.
  • Affiniteit met techniek en beveiliging, met basiskennis van video software, hardware, netwerkinfrastructuur en camerasystemen.
  • Kennis van videosystemen zoals Genetec, Immix, Milestone, Topdesk en videoprojectering is een pré.
  • Je bent leergierig, klantgericht, analytisch, oplossingsgericht en toont eigenaarschap.
  • Je bent bekend met storingsdiensten of staat ervoor open hierin ervaring op te doen.
  • Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
