Esse profissional irá atuar em um dos grandes clientes da consultoria.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Dados e IA Sênior para atuar no núcleo do Harness de Dados, liderando o desenvolvimento e a orquestração de agentes especializados em uma esteira multiagente para um dos maiores players do setor de meios de pagamento do Brasil.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

• Desenvolver e evoluir agentes de IA complexos e especializados para etapas estratégicas do harness de dados, da especificação à exposição.

• Projetar a arquitetura de orquestração entre múltiplos agentes especializados, garantindo handoff performático, contexto compartilhado e consistência na esteira.

• Liderar a integração de agentes a ecossistemas corporativos e plataformas de dados via protocolo MCP e APIs avançadas.

• Colaborar com times multidisciplinares de Engenharia de Dados, MLOps e Governança para assegurar a aplicação de guardrails e conformidade com PII/PCI.

• Definir a fronteira técnica entre "skills" e "agentes" no ecossistema e liderar a escrita de Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).

• Implementar estratégias de observabilidade, monitoramento de logs e controle de qualidade para o comportamento dos agentes em produção.

• Traduzir requisitos e dores complexas de negócio em arquiteturas acionáveis e especificações estruturadas para os agentes de IA.

Requisitos obrigatórios

• Domínio avançado e experiência consolidada em Python para aplicações orientadas a dados e arquiteturas baseadas em APIs.

• Experiência sênior em Engenharia de Dados, cobrindo pipelines distribuídos, arquiteturas de ETL/ELT, governança e catalogação.

• Sólida experiência prática com Grandes Modelos de Linguagem (LLMs), engenharia de prompts avançada e métodos de avaliação de respostas.

• Domínio do protocolo MCP (Model Context Protocol) ou vasta experiência no aprendizado e aplicação rápida de novos protocolos de integração.

• Vivência com integração de serviços e APIs corporativas em ambientes de alta complexidade.

• Prática consolidada com Git/GitHub, pipelines de CI/CD e boas práticas de Engenharia de Software.

• Inglês fluente para leitura e escrita de documentações técnicas e utilização de ferramentas de IA.

Diferenciais:

• Experiência avançada em sistemas multiagentes e frameworks de orquestração como LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI ou AutoGen.

• Experiência prática na plataforma Databricks (Unity Catalog, Databricks Apps, Genie Spaces) ou soluções cloud equivalentes.

• Conhecimento aprofundado em MLOps (MLflow), arquitetura Data Mesh e observabilidade em IA Generativa.

• Atuação prévia em projetos de grande porte no setor financeiro ou de meios de pagamento.
