Esse profissional irá atuar em instituição financeira, hibrido, 2x por semana na região da Av Faria Lima

Este profissional será responsável por liderar tecnicamente a sustentação e evolução de aplicações estratégicas, garantindo disponibilidade, performance, segurança e continuidade dos serviços, além de apoiar iniciativas de modernização tecnológica e transformação digital.

Principais responsabilidades • Liderar tecnicamente a sustentação de aplicações e produtos financeiros críticos para o negócio. • Atuar na gestão e resolução de incidentes de alta complexidade, realizando análises de causa raiz e definindo ações preventivas. • Garantir a disponibilidade, estabilidade, performance e segurança dos sistemas em produção. • Coordenar e orientar tecnicamente equipes de desenvolvimento e sustentação. • Participar da definição e evolução da arquitetura das soluções, promovendo escalabilidade, resiliência e boas práticas de engenharia de software. • Apoiar a implementação de melhorias contínuas nos processos de suporte, monitoramento e observabilidade. • Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de Produto, Negócio, Arquitetura, Infraestrutura e Operações. • Conduzir análises de impacto, gestão de mudanças e planejamento de releases

• Promover automação de processos, práticas DevOps e melhoria da eficiência operacional.

Requisitos obrigatórios • Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas. • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software utilizando Java. • Conhecimento avançado em Spring Boot, APIs REST e arquitetura de microsserviços. • Experiência prática com AWS e arquiteturas cloud-native. • Vivência em arquitetura de sistemas corporativos e soluções distribuídas. • Experiência com sustentação de ambientes produtivos de alta disponibilidade. • Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais

• Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento, observabilidade e gerenciamento de logs. • Conhecimento em pipelines CI/CD, Git, automação de deploy e práticas DevOps. • Experiência na liderança técnica de equipes e condução de iniciativas estratégicas.
