Temos unidades localizadas nas cidades de Nova Iguaçu, Nilópolis e São João de Meriti, além de estarmos presentes em bairros na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Contamos com mais de 25 especialidades médicas e mais de 3.500 diferentes tipos de procedimentos, exames complementares e laboratoriais. 💉

Firmamos esta parceria com a Secretaria da Mulher de Nova Iguaçu para apoiar o Projeto Conecta+.

Nosso objetivo é trazer mais dignidade às munícipes da cidade através de oportunidades de empregos formais, promovendo a autonomia financeira e gerando transformações positivas na vida das mulheres vinculadas ao projeto.

as possíveis atividades do dia a dia:

Prospecção, Atração e Vendas (Atrair e Vender)

  • Prospecção ativa: Buscar novos clientes de forma ativa e humanizada, participando de ações externas e de divulgação nas áreas próximas às unidades.
  • Jornada comercial: Acompanhar o cliente desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento do serviço ou procedimento.
  • Conscientização: Mostrar aos clientes a importância de cuidar da saúde de forma contínua e preventiva.
  • Orçamentos: Fornecer orçamentos detalhados dos serviços e procedimentos da clínica.

Atendimento Multicanal e Suporte (Atender e Orientar)

  • Atendimento integrado: Atender, acolher e orientar clientes de forma eficiente e personalizada via telefone, WhatsApp e presencialmente.
  • Informações institucionais: Prestar informações gerais sobre a clínica, esclarecer dúvidas e auxiliar os clientes no uso de nossas plataformas digitais.
  • Direcionamento interno: Realizar solicitações de formulários e abertura de chamados/tickets, garantindo resposta rápida e o direcionamento correto para o setor responsável.

Gestão de Agendas e Fluxo Operacional (Organizar e Manter)

  • Gestão de agendas: Realizar agendamentos, confirmações, cancelamentos, reagendamentos e otimização de encaixes de consultas e exames.
  • Entrega de resultados: Disponibilizar laudos e resultados de exames com precisão, agilidade e total segurança da informação.
  • Atualização de cadastro: Manter o histórico, documentos, fotos e informações dos clientes totalmente atualizados no sistema.

Relacionamento e Pós-Venda (Encantar e Reter)

  • Pós-atendimento: Entrar em contato com o cliente após a consulta ou exame para realizar a pesquisa de satisfação e entender a percepção dele.
  • Comunicação ativa: Comunicar os clientes sobre novas campanhas, promoções e serviços disponíveis na clínica
