O que buscamos ( competências e requisitos)

🎯 Suas principais responsabilidades

  • Atender e qualificar leads (ativos e receptivos), entendendo a necessidade do cliente e conduzindo o processo de venda
  • Apresentar soluções com clareza, contornar objeções e negociar condições comerciais
  • Realizar follow-ups constantes para avançar oportunidades no funil e aumentar conversões
  • Registrar e atualizar informações no CRM, mantendo o pipeline organizado e previsível
  • Bater metas individuais e contribuir para as metas do time, com disciplina e foco em resultados
  • Acompanhar indicadores (taxa de conversão, ticket médio, ciclo de vendas) e propor melhorias

✅ O que buscamos em você

  • Pelo menos 6 meses de experiência em vendas (Inside Sales, televendas, SDR/BDR, atendimento comercial ou áreas correlatas)
  • Comunicação verbal e escrita objetiva, persuasiva e com boa escuta ativa
  • Perfil hands-on, resiliente e com energia para lidar com metas e volume de contatos
  • Organização e rotina bem estruturada (agenda, follow-up, priorização)
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e pacote Office/Google Workspace (diferencial)
  • Vontade real de aprender, evoluir e crescer na área comercial
