  • Deine Leidenschaft: Du hast Herzensthemen, die du einbringst – von Employer Branding über strategische Medienarbeit, LinkedIn-Positionierungen bis hinzu Change Kommunikation. Bei uns findest du den Raum dafür.

Darauf kannst du dich freuen:

Bei uns steuerst du Projekte von Anfang bis Ende durch. Du bist Strateg:in, Kundenversteher:in, Berater:in, Lösungsfinder:in, Macher:in und mehr. Von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis hin zur Erfolgsmessung hast du alles im Blick. Eigenverantwortlich, mit Unterstützung deines Teams aus Fachexpert:innen und mit Einsatz von KI-Tools. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du Verantwortung für Trainees und Junior:innen, gibst dein Wissen aktiv weiter und baust so starke Teams auf.

Abwechslungsreiche Projekte & Aufgaben, wie zum Beispiel:

  • CxO-Positionierung: Wir entwickeln Strategien, um Führungspersönlichkeiten als Thought Leader zu positionieren – von der Medienarbeit über LinkedIn bis zur Keynote-Vorbereitung
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Wir konzipieren authentische CSR-Kommunikation, die Haltung zeigt
  • Strategische Medienarbeit: Wir entwickeln relevante Themen und Geschichten, identifizieren passende Medien und bauen Kontakte zu Redaktionen auf
  • Employer Branding: Wir gestalten Arbeitgebermarken– von der Strategie über Kampagnenkonzepte bis zur Umsetzung auf internen und externen Kanälen
  • Interne & Change-Kommunikation: Wir begleiten Transformationsprozesse kommunikativ und schaffen Verständnis für Veränderungen
