Wir suchen eine:n Trainee PR & Kommunikation, der/die mit uns spannende Geschichten für unsere Kunden erzählt und Lust hat, Marken und Unternehmen mit kreativen Ideen und klugen Strategien ins Gespräch zu bringen. Der segmenta Deal:

Das gibst du uns:

  • Wissensdurst, Neugier und Mut, eigene Ideen einzubringen und umzusetzen
  • Organisationstalent und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Public Relations oder Kommunikation (z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudierendenjobs oder Uni-Projekte)
  • Ein abgeschlossenes oder noch laufendes Studium im Bereich Medien & Kommunikation – oder einen anderen spannenden Studiengang, der dich für Kommunikation begeistert hat
  • Lust, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Interesse an aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen und Trends
  • Offenheit für und erste Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools und digitalen Innovationen – du hast Lust, neue Technologien auszuprobieren und in die Kommunikationsarbeit zu integrieren

  • Ein 12-monatiges Traineeship in einem jungen, dynamischen Team, das dich fördert und fordert
  • Die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Kunden, Branchen und Projekte kennenzulernen z.B. mit dem Fokus auf Food & Beverages, Tech & Innovation oder Lifestyle
  • Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben zwischen Medienarbeit, Schreiben & redaktionellen Tätigkeiten, Projektmanagement, Kundenberatung und Konzeption von kreativen PR-Maßnahmen
  • Viel Raum für deine Entwicklung: regelmäßige Weiterbildungen im Rahmen unserer segmenta Camps wie z.B. Präsentationstrainings, Creative Strategy Workshops und begleitete Prompting Sessions
  • Einen Arbeitsalltag, der zu dir passt: mit Raum für flexibles Arbeiten, aber auch mit regelmäßiger Präsenz im Hamburger Büro für echten Teamspirit und eine steile Lernkurve
  • Sehr gute Übernahmechancen nach dem Traineeship
