Bei segmenta bauen wir keine starren Systeme, sondern dynamische Umgebungen für digitale Erlebnisse. Als DevOps Engineer bist du die treibende Kraft an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Betrieb und IT-Security. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Plattformen nicht nur hochverfügbar und skalierbar laufen, sondern auch in Sachen Cloud, KI und Datenbanken technologisch immer auf dem aktuellsten Stand bleiben.

Wir suchen dich, wenn du Automatisierung als Lebenseinstellung verstehst und komplexe Systemlandschaften mit Leidenschaft optimierst. Der segmenta Deal:

Das gibst du uns:

  • deine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im DevOps- und Cloud-Umfeld (AWS, Azure oder Google Cloud) sowie in der Linux-Systemadministration
  • deine fundierten Kenntnisse in der Containerisierung und Orchestrierung mit Docker, Kubernetes oder OpenShift
  • deine starke Expertise im Aufbau automatisierter CI/CD-Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) und der Umsetzung von Microservices- und Cloud-native Architekturen
  • dein umfassendes Verständnis von IT-Security-Konzepten, einschließlich Identity & Access Management, Sicherheitsarchitekturen und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • deine ersten Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Künstliche Intelligenz (KI), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs) und Generative AI sowie Erfahrung in deren Integration und API-Anbindung
  • deine Expertise in Datenbanken und Datenbankarchitekturen, einschließlich Datenmodellierung, Datenbankadministration (DBA), Performance-Tuning, Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen und Datenbankoptimierung (relational und NoSQL)
  • deine Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban sowie in der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb interdisziplinärer Teams
  • dein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein, deine Kommunikationsstärke und deine Fähigkeit zur schnellen Einarbeitung in komplexe Systemlandschaften
