Der segmenta Deal:

Das gibst du uns:

  • mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in Recruiting, Employer Branding oder Talent Management, idealerweise in einer Agentur
  • erste Erfahrungen mit der Organisation & Konzeption von Weiterbildungsprogrammen für die Entwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen oder Lust & echte Motivation dich hier einzuarbeiten
  • Eigeninitiative, Lösungsorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Diskretion
  • Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig zu koordinieren
  • Freude daran, Ideen einzubringen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und regelmäßig im Office mit deinem Team zusammenzuarbeiten
  • praktische Erfahrung mit KI im Arbeitsalltag: Du hinterfragst Prozesse und automatisierst, wo es sinnvoll ist und hast dabei immer ein achtsames Auge auf den Output

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson im Recruiting für Kolleg:innen und Bewerber:innen und verantwortest eigenständig das strategische und operative Recruiting – von der Bedarfsanalyse über die Stellenausschreibung und den Auswahlprozess bis hin zum Angebot
  • Du baust unseren Freelancer:innen- und Talent-Pool auf und pflegst die Kontakte
  • Du erkennst Entwicklungsbedarfe vom Trainee bis zum Unit Lead entlang der Anforderungen der dynamischen Agenturwelt und organisierst passende Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsformate
  • Du bekommst Verantwortung und eine Menge Gestaltungsspielraum, um unsere Prozesse und deine Aufgabenbereiche voranzutreiben, eigenständig zu organisieren und weiterzuentwickeln
