Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst Softwarelösungen und hast die Freiheit diese kreativ mitzugestalten.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, um ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen.
  • Du betreust die von uns und anderen auf der Plattform entwickelte Lösungen als Berater und im technischen Support.
  • Du nutzt Technologien wie Groovy oder Java, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Du bist eine echte Hands-on-Person und packst Aufgaben proaktiv an.
  • Du bringst idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse in der Modellierung und Umsetzung von Geschäftsprozessen mit BPMN mit.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich – gerne auch mit ersten Erfahrungen aus Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Software, idealerweise mit Groovy oder Java
  • Herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl im Team als auch im Umgang mit unseren Kunden
  • Große Begeisterung dafür, Neues zu lernen und deine Ideen einzubringen
  • Interesse am Einsatz von KI-Tools in der Softwareentwicklung und die Fähigkeit, diese gezielt und kritisch in den Entwicklungsalltag zu integrieren
  • Lust auf agiles Arbeiten sowie Motivation dich kontinuierlich mit neuen Technologien und Trends auseinanderzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
