Sobre a vaga

  • Buscamos uma pessoa analista de Segurança da Informação para fortalecer a proteção da infraestrutura de redes e endpoints de nossos clientes e ambientes internos. A pessoa atuará na implementação, administração e monitoramento de soluções de segurança, na resposta a incidentes e na melhoria contínua da postura de segurança, trabalhando junto às equipes de infraestrutura, SOC e projetos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Implementar, configurar e administrar firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs, proxies e soluções de NAC.
  • Administrar e ajustar soluções de proteção de endpoint (EDR/XDR, antimalware, DLP, controle de dispositivos).
  • Definir e revisar políticas de segurança de rede: regras de firewall, segmentação, controle de acesso e hardening de ativos.
  • Monitorar alertas e eventos de segurança em redes e endpoints, investigando e tratando incidentes em conjunto com o SOC.
  • Apoiar a gestão de vulnerabilidades: análise de varreduras, priorização de riscos e acompanhamento das correções.
  • Integrar soluções de rede e endpoint ao SIEM, garantindo a qualidade dos logs e casos de uso de detecção.
  • Elaborar e manter documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais e relatórios de segurança.
  • Participar de projetos de implantação, migração e melhoria de soluções de segurança.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Formação superior completa em Segurança da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência sólida em segurança de redes e/ou endpoint (Pleno: a partir de 3 anos; Sênior: a partir de 5 anos).
  • Conhecimento consistente de redes: TCP/IP, roteamento, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP e protocolos de VPN (IPsec, SSL).
  • Experiência prática com firewalls de mercado (como Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point ou Cisco).
  • Experiência com soluções de EDR/XDR (como CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint ou Trend Micro).
  • Vivência com análise de logs e investigação de incidentes.
  • Conhecimento de hardening em ambientes Windows e Linux.

Diferenciais

  • Certificações de segurança e redes, como:CompTIA Security+, CySA+ ou CASP+ Cisco CCNA, CCNP Security ou CyberOps Fortinet FCP/FCSS (antigo NSE 4 a 7), Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE ou Check Point CCSA/CCSE Microsoft SC-200 ou AZ-500
  • Certificações de fabricantes de EDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne) EC-Council CEH, GIAC (GCIH, GSEC) ou CISSP (esta última mais aderente ao nível Sênior)
  • Experiência com SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, entre outros).
  • Conhecimento de frameworks como MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS Controls e ISO 27001.
  • Familiaridade com segurança em nuvem (Azure, AWS ou GCP) e com Zero Trust.
  • Scripting para automação (Python, PowerShell).
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado. Espanhol é um diferencial para atuação na América Latina.
